Fiji Children's Trust takes the first innovative step towards New Donation Dollars

Posted: 19 Aug 2009

The fonzii name may give you a sense of confusion when you first hear it, what you may imagine is a thumb up, a black leather jacket and possibly a cool motorbike rider pulling into a diner back in the fifties-sixties. I know just the character that you're possibly thinking of; well we have nothing to do with him or his television show.

Fonzii stands for the following, Fundraising in Oz & New Zealand with the 2 i's representing togetherness

Although it may be a fun name and concept, fonzii takes its role and platform users very serious.

Fiji Children’s Trust, a charity that lends a helping hand to the under privileged children of Fiji is amongst today’s forward thinking Charities. They have understood that New Donation Dollars can be generated through the fonzii fundraising platform that will only compliment past and current fundraising methods used.

Sam Khan, fonzii Business Relations states “With AUD $15.1 billion being spent on online shopping in 07-08, our platform has presented an opportunity for Charities/NFP’s for the years ahead. Fiji Children’s Trust has taken the first innovative step in the online arena by incorporating New Donation Dollar Generation through online retail transactions. Not only will they access much needed donations, but their donors are rewarded for completing retail transactions that would’ve taken place anyway”.

Fiji Children’s Trust wrote “FONZII has now made it possible for us to help the less fortunate children in Fiji!”

Fonzii’s philanthropic vision is once again fulfilled with Fiji Children’s Trust using the platform; we plan on working closely to generate as many donation dollars possible.

Please support by selecting them at registration for $1 donation by fonzii, donate directly through the Donate without Shopping button, Join their Facebook Page and visit the Fiji Children’s Trust Mall to keep up to date with their activities.

Posted: 05 Aug 2009

We need your help! Let your favourite charity/not for profit know about us! Our platform has been designed specifically to help charities/not for profits raise much needed funds, but the exciting part is that we have actually created NEW donation dollars!
Since creating awareness about our platform in late July, we are pleased to announce our first charity to use our platform officially. Go to
www.lifechangingexperiences.org and click on the ‘Shop Now’ button on the left of their page. By Signing up and shopping through them, you will help them raise donations.
We are now in discussion with quite a few charities and the feedback is fantastic! We expect to have many more come on board shortly!

Offline cash back incentives, how we differ.

Posted: 02 Apr 2009

You are probably wondering what is offline cash back. Offline cash back is not something new to Australians. In fact prominent retailers have been using cash back as a marketing technique to draw people to their stores hence the name offline cash back.

If you actually pay attention to TV commercials unless you have DVR system, you will notice cash back is a term commonly used in the automotive sales, electronic sales, and even the Federal Government is giving cash back which is a part of their stimulus program to boost the economy by encouraging Australians to spend. Believe it or not that is cash back. Unfortunately you will miss out on this stimulus program if you failed to submit your 08 tax returns.

Now taking you back to offline cash back, there are a few draw backs which I would like to draw to your attention.  I once bought a few electrical goods from a prominent retailer and was completely turned off by the long waited process to receive my cash back. You fill out all these forms to receive $50 cash back, is it worth it? Honestly how many of you now days keep the proof of your purchase?

So what is online cash back? Fonzii is an online cash back model. Where you don’t have to worry about filling out forms and long waited cash back process. In Fonzii transactions are done in real time and your cash back is allocated within 24 hours depending on whether it is in confirmed or pending state. Fonzii has made the online cash back system quick, easy, simple and transparent for you. You will get cash back on all goods & services offered whether I’d be big or small. Just to give you an idea, we are offering $16 cash back when you subscribe to foxtel through Fonzii. Try it today!

AFL rules!!!

Posted: 25 Mar 2009

After dominating much of the AFL pre-season talks and discussions, the highly anticipated return of troubled AFL superstar Ben Cousins is just 24 hours away. The clash between Cousins and his former West Coast Eagles teammate Chris Judd will also be a highlight to kick-off the 2009 AFL season, which will be a sellout tomorrow night at the MCG.  Yes!! The AFL footy season is back and we @ Fonzii are very excited, and if it’s anything like the opening two rounds of the NRL season we’ve witnessed thus far then it will be a fantastic 2009 of AFL football action.

Remember to browse around our partnered stores for all your AFL merchandise, such as “My Footy Team” where you can get the latest AFL bling bling to show your true support for your club. And for all those Hawthorn fans you can commemorate that perfect September day with the Premiership montage framed print from “iLove Sport”. Also we are proud to have "Foxtel" (catch all the great AFL action on Fox Sports) as our major participating store offering $16 cashback for all new subscribers.

Footy Season is Back

Posted: 13 Mar 2009

Finally the NRL footy season is back again and we @ Fonzii are very excited about seeing some more great footy action in 2009. It is no surprise that the Manly Sea Eagles are installed as the early 9-2 favourites to win the NRL Premiership (to see the odds of your supported team, visit our partnered site “SportingBet” and receive $36 cashback) after their impressive world club title win, but with their recent off-field dramas and controversies it will be interesting to see if that will affect their on-field performance as well in the coming weeks.

With some new players in their new club colours and some new changes to the game – such as two referees on-field, this season will shape up to be another great year of rugby league action. So get set to show your support for your NRL team this year with some fantastic NRL merchandise and jerseys from our partnered stores such as “iLOVE Sport”, “Good Score”, “Rebel Sport”, & “Pauls Warehouse” and receive some cashback. Remember to also check in on our vouchers section to receive additional savings with the cashback offer.
